After living in and exploring every corner of Armenia for more than a year now, I am becoming more and more amazed at its significant role in not only human history, but also biblically. Of course most people are familiar of Armenia and the mountains of Ararat as the landing site of Noah’s Ark. However, it’s role in the Bible extends further than this. I am a geologist, and through careful study of the Bible, geography and historical accounts, I believe the Garden of Eden was likely located in what today is the Armenian highlands making it the true cradle of civilization. Jesus’ disciples also made their way to these highlands in the first century A.D. They planted seeds in what in 301 A.D. would become the world’s first official Christian nation. The story of Armenia and it’s Biblical role form a crucial bridge between Genesis and the spread of Christianity.

This map was a joy to create and I hope it can bring awareness to the rich history of Armenia and its global significance, and I hope all can appreciate the map as much as I enjoyed creating it.

The map is printed in Yerevan, Armenia in high quality, 300 G.S.M. paper, and then laminated.
